The second iteration of the Wedding Dress Creator (WDC) program is leaps and bounds over its original. As such, we have developed this help guide to showcase all of the available options to you when choosing the various elements. Remember, you can always hover over the yellow question mark in the lower left of the program interface whenever you have a general inquiry about a selection area.
INTERFACE
The WDC interface is split into two major areas, the left representing the visual workspace and the right representing the bulk of your available options/selections.
Hair Styles
There are 18 hair style choices in three distinct categories - Up, Short and Long. These are further customized by the 10 color swatches making up your hair color choices.
Neckline
As this is probably the most important selection option for any bride-to-be, we've added a host of options for the neckline this time around, 22 necklines in fact. Selections are as follows:

Selection of certain necklines will prohibit the use of sleeves so keep that in mind.
Silhouettes
Silhouette selection is the second most important component of a wedding dress. Silhouettes are represented by 9 choices and are as follows:

Sleeves are only made available with certain neckline selections. Neckline selections that allow the use of sleeves are Bateau, Jewel, Queen Anne, Renaissance, Square, V-Neck and V-Neck Full Straps. The 7 sleeve options are as follows:

Stockings
Stockings come in three simple selections - none, sheer and lace. Mind you that you will only be able to see the results of this selection if your silhouette selection is a short dress length.

ACCENT COLORS
Accent colors are represented by 48 available swatches covering many of the well-accepted color choices one would have for a modern wedding. As you select a color accent, the flower graphics within the program will reflect your selection. Also, the name of your selected accent color will also be displayed.

COMMAND BUTTONS
Three command buttons are available represented by the PRINT, RESET and HELP options.

The PRINT selection will bring up your local printer settings. If you wish to print out the design in landscape form, make sure your local printer settings are set up as such. |

The RESET button will revert the current state of the program back to the initial selections. |

The HELP button allows you to hover over the button to reveal help balloons to aid you in your design. |
